HR Coordinator - Part Time

Skills and Requirements Serve as a primary point of contact for employees with questions about: Work-life balance and strategies for healthy boundaries Company benefits, including health, dental, and vision plans Parental leave policies and processes Consulting arrangements and related HR matters School and family-related resources Facilitate and guide conversations around work-life balance, helping employees navigate challenges and find solutions that work for them Provide clear, accurate information on HR policies and procedures Support onboarding and offboarding processes as needed Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions Collaborate with HR leadership to identify trends and recommend improvements to policies or resources Attend onsite meetings 1x/week and as needed for team engagement or sensitive conversations Qualifications 6+ years of HR experience Strong knowledge of benefits administration, parental leave, and employee relations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy and discretion Experience supporting a school environment
