Overview
Leading pharmaceutical company looking for an experienced HR Coordinator. Ideal candidates should have experience in managing highly confidential sensitive data and record retention.
Responsibilities
+ System Experience: Workday, ADP, Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
+ Experience with HR Policy administration through case management systems
+ Experience with special technical projects inside HR systems
+ Handle review and processing of employee leaves and/or the timely and accurate processing of all transactions related to termination events
+ Ensure data integrity for all HR systems and databases within the required Compliance framework.
+ Synthesize various reports using MS Excel or similar.
+ Provide administrative support as needed (e.g. correspondence generation, record keeping, file maintenance, etc.)
+ Support successful colleague off-boarding
+ Comply with data privacy regulations
+ 1-3 years working experience in a large enterprise supporting 10k plus employees in a shared services environment
Requirements
+ Experience in managing highly confidential sensitive data and record retention
+ **Attention to detail (red lining docs, auditing)
+ Back Office HR Case Management
+ Time management/SLA's
+ Risk Identification
+ Compliance/audit and process optimization skills preferred
+ Team Player/Collaboration
+ Data Analytics within HR systems
