HR Coordinator

Job Title: HR Coordinator

Responsibilities

Serve as the main resource for ADP Workforce Now inquiries and provide support to users.Maintain and administer the internal HR SharePoint site, ensuring accurate, up-to-date content, streamlined document management, and easy access to HR resources for employees and managers.Manage the completion of new hire paperwork, including Form I-9 verification and employment agreements.Maintain employee records to ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.Accurately enter and maintain employee data, including new hires, promotions, benefits changes, compensation adjustments, and separations.Review data regularly to ensure accuracy and promptly address any discrepancies.Educate staff on HRIS products and functionalities, providing one-on-one assistance to users as needed.Generate HR reports, spreadsheets, dashboards, and data grids to provide insights into HR metrics.Prepare regular reports on key HR metrics, such as turnover, headcount, and diversity.Support various HR processes, including employee onboarding and offboarding, personnel file updates, employment verifications, and HR document preparation.Assist in coordinating HR-related meetings and employee engagement initiatives.Contribute to HR policy development, updates, and employee communications.

Essential Skills

4+ years of HR Coordinating or Admin experience.Experience with ADP Workforce Now or any payroll-related systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

4+ years of Human Resources experience, preferably in a nonprofit or social service setting.

Work Environment

The role is fully remote and operates within a faith-based organization.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Leesburg, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr.
