Description
We are looking for an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team in Fontana, California. This is a long-term contract position ideal for a detail-oriented candidate with a strong background in human resources and a passion for fostering a positive workplace environment. The role requires fluency in Spanish and experience within industrial settings such as manufacturing, construction, or warehousing. The anticipated duration of the contract is one month to year.
Responsibilities:
• Support the onboarding process for new temporary employees, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition into the organization.
• Manage daily human resources administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and processing documentation.
• Conduct thorough background checks to align with company policies and ensure compliance.
• Utilize HRIS systems, such as Paycom, to manage employee data and streamline HR processes.
• Ensure adherence to HR compliance standards and regulations.
• Translate documents and communications from English to Spanish to support bilingual employees.
• Provide support in resolving employee concerns and fostering positive workplace relations.
• Prepare and manage reports using Microsoft Excel to analyze HR metrics and data.
• Collaborate with management to implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
Requirements
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources, preferably within industrial sectors such as manufacturing, construction, or warehousing.
• Degree in HR strongly preferred, along with proficiency in HRIS systems, with experience in Paycom being highly beneficial.
• Fluency in Spanish and English, with strong translation skills.
• Intermediate-level expertise in Microsoft Excel for creating and managing HR-related reports.
• Strong knowledge of HR compliance and employment regulations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to handle diverse HR tasks.
• Ability to manage onboarding processes effectively and provide employee support.
• Experience conducting background checks and maintaining confidentiality.
