HR Coordinator
Job Title: HR CoordinatorJob Description

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will provide critical recruiting support to the Talent Acquisition function by managing expectations and requirements of candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders. Talent Acquisition Coordinators are responsible for ensuring that all activities related to the recruitment process are always progressing effectively and efficiently and updating key stakeholders as appropriate. As a critical member of the team, you will be embedded within a set of technology stakeholders and recruitment delivery team(s).

ResponsibilitiesPartner with the recruiter, hiring manager, interviewers, and candidates on scheduling interviews.Coordinate availability, including room, video, phone, and MS Teams details.Reschedule interviews as needed.Prioritize incoming requests against current workload.Ensure prompt and professional communication with all stakeholders throughout the process.Facilitate the travel and expense request and reimbursement process for candidate interviews.Be a specialist of Talent/Super days.Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the entire recruitment process.Welcome and escort candidates for onsite interviews, when applicable.Manage ad-hoc issues such as scheduling conflicts, delays, and interviewer no-shows.Attend and participate in the debrief call, when applicable.Ensure compliance with all established processes and procedures.Partner with the broader/global Talent Acquisition team on other initiatives and projects.Essential SkillsHigh School diploma or equivalent.1-2 or more years of recent, relevant work experience in HR/TA Coordination.Experience in industries such as Fintech, Banking, Tech, and Finance at a corporate level.Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel with the ability to learn new technology tools.Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably SmartRecruiters or Workday.Experience managing complex interview scheduling for technical and non-technical roles, travel expense reimbursement processes, and frequent changes/movements.Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at once with strong attention to detail.Ability to identify solutions independently and make sound business decisions.Ability to work successfully and professionally with all levels of employees and management.Additional Skills & QualificationsCorporate experience is strongly preferred.Experience supporting international operations.4 or more years of relevant work experience.Proven effective communication and organizational skills.Experience working in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.Experience working with SmartRecruiters, Workday, or any other Applicant Tracking Systems.Work Environment

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your hiring manager. Typical in-office days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with 11-12 workdays per month in the office. Standard working hours are 8:30am-5:30pm CST, which are non-negotiable. The hiring manager is based in Foster City, but this role is located with the team in Austin, TX. No travel is required for this role.

This is a Contract position based out of Austin, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
