Job Summary:
The HR Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department, ensuring smooth execution of HR processes and compliance with company policies. This role involves assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and maintaining accurate HR records. The HR Coordinator serves as a key point of contact for employees and supports initiatives that enhance the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.
+ Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
+ Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and ensure data accuracy.
+ Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
+ Coordinate benefits enrollment and assist with benefits-related questions.
+ Prepare HR reports and assist with compliance documentation.
+ Help organize employee engagement activities and training sessions.
+ Ensure confidentiality and compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
+ Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS systems preferred.
+ Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milwaukee, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00/hr.
