Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an HR Coordinator to join an industry-leading commercial kitchen design, equipment, and service firm. The HR Coordinator will provide administrative and operational support to the HR team, focusing on maintaining accurate employee records, assisting with onboarding, payroll support, and compliance tasks. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Audit and clean up personnel files; ensure consistency across 110+ folders.
Maintain accurate employee data in Employee Navigator (title, pay rate, date of hire).
Support ADP processes, including downloading documents and minor payroll tasks (approx. 2 hrs/week).
Assist with benefits open enrollment and related communications.
Coordinate new hire onboarding and check-ins at 30, 60, 90, and 180 days.
Schedule meetings and interviews; manage background checks.
Ensure employees complete required trainings and compliance tasks; follow up as needed.
Prepare PowerPoint presentations, build forms (e.g., time-off requests, requisition forms), and update logos on forms.
Generate and maintain EEO-1 reports and other compliance documentation.
Create and update organizational charts using Visio.
Handle ad hoc HR administrative requests and projects.

Skills and Requirements
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of HR or administrative experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with HRIS systems (Employee Navigator).
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills and willingness to ask questions when needed.
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems.
