Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Administrative and/or clerical experience
Ability to travel to Arbor Lakes, Minnetonka as needed
Experience handling confidential and proprietary information
Experience preparing documents such as letters, memos, and presentations
Preferred Skills:
HR experience in an administrative or coordinator capacity
Interest in and motivation to grow a career in HR
Experience coordinating schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements
Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines
Job Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative support including scheduling, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, mail handling, copying, typing, faxing, and supply management
Act as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling moderately sensitive inquiries and providing needed information
Research and answer complex functional questions and serve as a key resource within the department
Coordinate and anticipate projects, manage schedules, gather data, and identify upcoming needs to meet deadlines
Exercise independent judgment to make decisions within general guidelines and escalate when appropriate
Prepare, refine, and format documents (letters, memos, presentations) to ensure clarity, accuracy, and quality, and recommend communication improvements
Handle confidential information appropriately and guide peers on proper management of proprietary data
Pay: 19-21

Pay Details: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour
