High School diploma or equivalent required
Administrative and clerical experience needed
Ability to multitask and organize tasks efficiently
Professional communication skills with managers and new hires

Ability to travel to Arbor Lakes, Minnetonka
Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative tasks such as photocopying, coordinating meetings, typing, faxing, ordering supplies, arranging travel, and preparing mail
Serve as point of contact for internal and external customers on moderately important matters
Answer complex functional questions requiring research and follow-up
Coordinate projects/assignments and organize schedules to meet deadlines
Make independent decisions using general guidelines
Create documents ensuring logical flow and accuracy; suggest improvements in communications
Manage work confidentially, sharing information appropriately; guide peers on proprietary information

Pay Details: $17.00 to $21.00 per hour
