Garantizar el cumplimiento de normativas laborales y políticas corporativas. **Lo que buscamos** Licenciatura en Administración, Recursos Humanos, Ingeniería o Psicología. 3+ años de experiencia en RH generalista y gestión de talento, de preferencia en empresas globales y entornos de manufactura. Experiencia en liderazgo de equipos y en entornos con representación sindical. Inglés avanzado y español fluido.
