Estamos buscando un HR Business Partner que lidere la estrategia de Recursos Humanos en nuestra planta de manufactura y sea un agente clave para lograr resultados sobresalientes. **Lo que harás** Ser el socio estratégico de la Dirección de Planta, impulsando iniciativas que aumenten el compromiso y desempeño del equipo. Liderar procesos clave de RH: atracción de talento, desarrollo, compensaciones, relaciones laborales y clima organizacional. Diseñar e implementar planes para retener y desarrollar al mejor talento. Fortalecer la cultura de Excelencia Operacional y trabajo en equipo. Participar en la definición de estrategias laborales y en la relación con instancias sindicales y autoridades. Garantizar el cumplimiento de normativas laborales y políticas corporativas. **Lo que buscamos** Licenciatura en Administración, Recursos Humanos, Ingeniería o Psicología. 3+ años de experiencia en RH generalista y gestión de talento, de preferencia en empresas globales y entornos de manufactura. Experiencia en liderazgo de equipos y en entornos con representación sindical. Inglés avanzado y español fluido.
