Qualifications + Professional academic studies, bachelor’s or Engineering (related to Human Resources desirable). + 3 years of experience as a generalist + Advanced english + Employee life cycle management (on boarding, additions, terminations, and processes related to benefits administration) + Operational recruitment + Administration of processes related to the union (categories and certifications, update of collective contract benefits, etc.) + Training + Administrative processes of Human Resources (audits, procedures, etc. + Organized + Strong interpersonal skills. + Analytical + Ability to handle conflicts. + Strong communication skills + Responsible + Integrate + Team oriented. + Self-motivated + Motivated by your goals Parker Hannifin can be found on and around everything that moves.
