Title: Part-Time HR/Administrative Onboarding Coordinator
Location: Waltham, MA (Hybrid - Tuesdays and Thursdays in office, or 5 days a week in office)
Schedule: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM, 20-25 hours per week

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time HR/Administrative Onboarding Coordinator to support the onboarding process for new hires. This role involves significant data entry into ADP, handling administrative tasks, and working with confidential information. An HR background is not required, but strong attention to detail, accuracy, and professionalism are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and maintain employee data accurately in ADP.Provide administrative support for onboarding and related HR processes.Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Assist with additional administrative duties as needed.Qualifications:
