Key Responsibilities
As an HR Coordinator, you will:
+ Support recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews, posting job openings, and onboarding new hires.
+ Assist in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies, state, and federal regulations.
+ Manage key HR administrative tasks, such as updating systems, drafting communications, and coordinating events or training sessions.
+ Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
+ Help with payroll administration and benefits enrollment as needed.
+ Assist in fostering a positive workplace culture by coordinating employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs.
+ Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
Requirements
Requirements
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
+ 1-3 years of HR or administrative experience is strongly desired.
+ Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment law is a plus.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
+ Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
+ Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
