HR Coordinator
Kforce has a client seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused HR Coordinator to support their Human Resources team in Jacksonville, FL. This role will assist with a variety of HR functions, including onboarding, employee relations support, benefits administration, and HR recordkeeping. The ideal candidate is highly organized, a great communicator, and passionate about creating a positive employee experience. Responsibilities: * Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries and direct them to the appropriate resources * Coordinate new hire onboarding, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and managing new hire paperwork * Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in HRIS and personnel files * Support benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and responding to employee questions * Assist with HR programs and initiatives such as employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and training sessions * Prepare and distribute HR-related communications and reports as needed * Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulations * Provide general administrative support to the HR team
