HR Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to support our Human Resources department in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role will assist with day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and HRIS data management.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Coordinate and support recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening, interview scheduling, and background checks.
+ Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation processes.
+ Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS system and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
+ Assist with benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and employee inquiries.
+ Support employee engagement initiatives and company events.
+ Prepare HR reports, metrics, and documentation as needed.
+ Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
+ Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
+ Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
+ 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
+ Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
+ Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.
