HR Coordinator
Description We are partnering with a dynamic organization in Edina, MN, to find a highly motivated HR Coordinator to join their team. This is a full-time, hybrid position that offers an excellent opportunity to support critical HR functions, including onboarding, recruitment, benefits, and payroll administration. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in creating a seamless experience for employees and candidates while ensuring the operational efficiency of HR processes. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ADP HR systems. Key Responsibilities: + Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring paperwork completion, system setup, and a smooth transition into the organization. + Recruitment Support: Assist in job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate pipelines. + Benefits Administration: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to benefits and provide support during open enrollment periods. + Payroll Assistance: Partner with the payroll team to ensure accurate data entry and timely resolution of payroll-related issues. + Maintain employee records in compliance with HR policies and procedures. + Generate reports and utilize data to support HR decision-making. + Use HR systems (ADP) to streamline processes and manage employee information. + Support other HR initiatives and projects as needed. Requirements Qualifications: + Education & Experience: + 1-4 years of experience in Human Resources or related field required. + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline preferred. + Skills & Technology: + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). + Experience with ADP HR systems or similar platforms is strongly preferred. + Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. + Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. + High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
