HR Coordinator

Summary: Seeking an HR Coordinator to provide administrative support, manage interview scheduling, and serve as a point of contact for customers.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree with 1+ years of experience in customer service, HR, administrative roles Proficiency in using ServiceNow and AI scheduling tools Computer savvy with a strong sense of urgency

Responsibilities:

Perform general administrative duties including photocopying, coordinating meetings, and arranging travel Support interview scheduling across multiple locations Serve as a point of contact to provide or obtain information Answer complex functional questions with research and follow-up Coordinate projects and organize schedules to meet deadlines Prepare documents ensuring accuracy in grammar and spelling

Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
