Description We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team in Seattle, Washington. In this contract position, you will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment and onboarding processes while ensuring seamless communication between candidates and stakeholders. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the continuous improvement of HR operations in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, collaborating with stakeholders and executive assistants to ensure calendar availability.
• Manage communication and confirmations for all interview activities, delivering an exceptional candidate experience with timely follow-ups.
• Provide regular updates to the recruiting team and stakeholders, ensuring interview schedules are communicated effectively.
• Organize and schedule debrief meetings within 24 hours of onsite interviews, addressing scheduling conflicts as needed.
• Document standard operating procedures for onsite interviews and administrative tasks to maintain process consistency.
• Assist in recruiting events as the primary point of contact under the supervision of the HR Director.
• Develop LinkedIn sourcing projects and build knowledge bases for effective sourcing techniques, guided by the recruiting team.
• Participate in kickoff meetings for new positions, offering scheduling insights to enhance the candidate experience.
• Monitor scheduling metrics and share weekly updates with the People team to ensure transparency.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in recruitment operations and implement recommended changes. Requirements • Proven experience in HR administration, including onboarding and background checks.
• Proficiency in managing calendars and scheduling appointments with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and HR compliance procedures.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn sourcing techniques and recruiting tools such as Greenhouse.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to document and follow standard operating procedures.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with candidates, HR teams, and stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze scheduling metrics and provide actionable insights.
• PHR certification or equivalent HR-related qualification is preferred. TalentMatch®
