HR Coordinator
Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator

Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to support a broad range of HR functions. In this role, you'll respond to internal and external inquiries, manage employee records, assist with recruitment and onboarding, and help coordinate performance and training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle employee inquiries and external HR-related requestsMaintain accurate employee records (digital and physical)Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement processesSchedule interviews, meetings, and HR-related eventsAssist with payroll coordination and other HR projectsPrepare reports and support implementation of HR best practices

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field2+ years of experience in an HR coordinator or generalist capacityFamiliarity with employment law and HRIS platformsExcellent organizational, communication, and time management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and OutlookStrong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities

Work Environment:

This role is based in a dynamic, fast-paced office environment. You'll be part of a collaborative HR team, using various systems and tools to manage daily operations. Standard business hours and business casual attire are expected.
