Description We are looking for an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team in Woodbury, Minnesota. This is a long-term contract opportunity within the healthcare industry, offering a hybrid work environment with flexibility for remote work 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in managing benefits, leave administration, and auditing processes to support organizational goals effectively.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and administer employee benefits programs, including onboarding, enrollment, and compliance.
• Manage leave administration processes, ensuring accurate tracking and adherence to company policies.
• Utilize HR systems such as ADP Workforce Now and Ceridian Dayforce for efficient data management and reporting.
• Conduct audits of HR records and benefits documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support background checks and employee verification processes as required.
• Collaborate with other HR team members to improve communication and streamline workflows.
• Assist in resolving employee inquiries related to benefits and HR policies.
• Monitor and maintain accurate records of employee leave balances and benefits usage.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on benefits programs and leave policies.
• Partner with management to ensure smooth implementation of HR initiatives and procedural updates. Requirements • Strong proficiency in HR systems such as ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian Dayforce, and ATS.
• Proven experience in benefits administration and leave management.
• Exceptional auditing skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Solid understanding of HR compliance requirements and regulations.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with employees and management.
• Previous experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
