The Human Resources Coordinator assists the Human Resources department by fulfilling various Human Resources functions, including administration and operations related to payroll closing, engagement activities, recruitment, etc. You will also have an opportunity to experience the hotel operations by supporting the operations department from time to time.

What will I be doing?  

\n

As the Human Resources Officer, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: 

\n\nAssist with payroll closing processes such as validating attendance, overtime claims, token submission, etc.  \nAssist with HR office documentation management and approval submission processes. \nAssist with preparing periodical payments.\nResponsible for HR office stationery procurement and delivery. \nResponsible for maintaining accurate inventory records.\nDelivering team member experience by responding to their inquiries promptly.\nPositively communicate with team members, join communication meetings to listen to team members’ voices and reply appropriately, promptly sharing any information, suggestions, and comments with the HR leaders.  \nResponsible for the prompt posting and updating of other information in the back of house.  \nInspect team member facilities and the back of house to ensure they are in good condition and hazard-free.\nCoordinate team member activities. \nDesign posters, write articles, and make other collateral for HR related activities \nCoordinate and enhance hotel team members’ grooming and ensure proper behaviours according to hotel policies. \nAdhere to the hotel’s security and emergency policies and procedures, ensuring that all team members have a complete understanding of and adhere to the hotel’s team member rules and regulations. \nCarry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned. \n\n

\n\nDiploma/Degree in Human Resources or related discipline\n1 year of experience in a similar capacity with international chain hotels. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply too. \nGood communication skills. \nProactive, good time management, discipline, interested in self-development\nProficient with Microsoft Office suites \nPossess basic knowledge of labour laws and regulations. \nTeam player who is open-minded and possesses good people skills.\nWilling to take challenges and accept new assignments. \nFluent in written and spoken English to meet business needs \n\n
