Description
Our client, a dynamic organization is seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful Human Resources Coordinator to join their HR team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain valuable experience while contributing to critical administrative functions that support the organization’s employees and HR department.
Key Responsibilities
+ Assist in coordinating the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documents, scheduling orientations, and ensuring a positive employee experience.
+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS systems, ensuring compliance with company and legal standards.
+ Provide administrative support for recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate scheduling, and tracking applicant data.
+ Assist employees with enrollment in benefits programs and respond to inquiries about benefits-related matters.
+ Support the implementation and distribution of HR policies and procedures, ensuring employees are informed and compliant.
+ Help organize company events such as training sessions, employee appreciation events, and milestone celebrations.
+ Perform clerical duties such as filing, making photocopies, and responding to internal inquiries.
Requirements
+ 2+ years of administrative or HR-related experience preferred.
+ High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.
+ Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems), Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and strong familiarity with document management systems.
+ Strong written and verbal communication abilities with excellent interpersonal skills.
+ Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
+ A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and customer-focused mindset.
+ SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), Professional in Human Resources (PHR), or similar certifications are a bonus.
