HR Coordinator
Description We are looking for an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team in Grove City, Ohio. In this Contract-to-ongoing position, you will play a pivotal role in fostering employee engagement, managing HR processes, and ensuring a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and skilled in a wide range of HR functions, from benefits administration to employee relations. Responsibilities: • Organize and implement employee engagement activities, wellness initiatives, and recognition programs to enhance workplace morale. • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes while maintaining accurate employee records and documentation. • Manage benefits administration and ensure adherence to company HR policies and procedures. • Plan and execute training programs and gather feedback to support employee development. • Serve as the point of contact for external consultants and internal teams to facilitate People-related programs. • Oversee daily office operations, including facilities management, IT coordination, and vendor relationships. • Handle front-of-house responsibilities such as welcoming visitors, managing calls, and processing mail and packages. • Arrange logistics for meetings and events, including catering and venue setup, while occasionally running errands as needed. • Maintain a well-organized office environment by managing supplies, equipment, and meeting spaces. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR-related role, with a focus on employee engagement and relations. • Strong knowledge of HR processes, including onboarding, benefit functions, and employee performance management. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for counseling employees and addressing conflicts. • Proficiency in handling employee records, conducting background checks, and preparing HR reports. • Familiarity with employee wellness programs, recognition initiatives, and training coordination. • Ability to manage office operations, including vendor relationships and facilities logistics. • Valid driver’s license for occasional event-related errands or logistical needs.
