HR Coordinator
Description Bilingual HR Coordinator We are seeking a Bilingual HR Coordinator to join our team in Parker, Colorado, 80134, United States. This role involves providing comprehensive support in human resources functions, facilitating employee relations, and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes. The position also includes handling inquiries, assisting with recruitment, and supporting administrative HR tasks. This is a fully on-site position, Monday through Friday from 6:30am - 3:30pm. Responsibilities • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies. • Assist managers with day-to-day support, including facilitating communication and addressing workplace concerns. • Conduct initial interviews for walk-in candidates and assist in determining their suitability for open positions. • Coordinate onboarding processes, including paperwork, drug screenings, and motor vehicle checks. • Translate during meetings and conversations as needed to support effective communication. • Help employees navigate open enrollment processes and update relevant systems with enrollment information. • Mediate workplace issues and provide guidance to resolve conflicts in the field. • Collaborate with safety managers and address safety-related concerns raised by employees or managers. • Participate in termination processes by attending termination meetings as needed. • Utilize HR software to maintain accurate records and pull reports as required. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources or a related role. • Fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken, to support a diverse workforce. • Proficiency in conducting background checks and managing pre-employment screening processes. • Knowledge of benefit functions, including enrollment, administration, and employee education. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with employees and leadership. • Demonstrated expertise in HR administration, including record-keeping and compliance with regulations. • Hands-on experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) for data management and reporting. • Proven ability to manage the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires. • Skilled in recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and talent acquisition strategies. • Adept at handling employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality. • Familiarity with performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback mechanisms.
