In the Business Group Lighting, you
are responsible as Senior Specialist Global People Analytics for leading global
HR People Analytics initiatives within the Business Group Lighting. Your
responsibilities include the preparation and communication of monthly results
and performance reviews for the global management team.
Develop and maintain advanced HR dashboards and reports to provide insights into workforce trends, employee engagement, and turnover rates.
Support the creation of budgets, monitor real-time performance, and propose annual HR targets based on global objectives, including relevant HR KPIs
Lead and drive specific HR projects at all organizational levels to enhance the people analytics function in multinational environments.
Calculate financial scenarios for footprint adjustments across all countries and develop as well as monitor the execution of these plans.
Track the implementation status of the group's diversity strategy within Business Group Lighting and collaborate with the Global Diversity Responsible to create reports highlighting key trends and challenges.
Act as a sparring partner for regional and country HR People Analytics teams
