What you’ll do

Act as a trusted operational partner to Managers, Employees and People Partners, enabling a consistent and positive HR experience.

Support employee relations case management, including documentation, investigation support, and consistent application of policies (in partnership with ER/IR as needed)

Coach managers on performance conversations, feedback, and best-practice people processes

Provide advice and interpretation on contract and policy application

Improve the quality and reliability of people data by actively supporting Workday as the single source of truth and contributing to compliance-focused initiatives

Support policy reviews and continuous improvement HR frameworks

Contribute to HR projects, organisational initiatives and the uplift of HR capability nationally

Assist HR People Partners with complex case management, organisational change activities and workforce planning considerations

About You

2+ years of experience in Human Resources Advisory experience with demonstrated practical application of ER/IR principles

Knowledge of Australian employment legislation and industrial frameworks

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, coach and partner effectively with leaders at all levels

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology or a related discipline preferrable

A proactive mindset, strong analytical capability and the confidence to navigate complexity
