Support strategic HRBP to deliver people plan initiatives, projects & complex delivery (pooled and not dedicated to a particular HR Business Area), as well as ensure with the CoE the execution of transformation projects timely.​

What you’ll do Support Org Design & Change Management complex transformations;​Operational HR queries management;​Budgeting variance identification & tracking, rolling forecast management;​Org Data Creation & Maintenance following re-organisation: bulk changes, processing SF people changes to WPA;​PD & ARR Line Manager process support; ​Oversee the execution of various processes to ensure they are completed within the set deadlines;​Establish and communicate clear deadlines for different stages of the process;​Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and any issues are promptly addressed;​Ensure that all processes comply with internal policies and external regulations.Who you are Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is typically required; ​HR Experience at least 5 years of experience in a HR role, preferably within a multinational environment or the telecommunications sector. Experience in Talent management processes, organizational design and transformation; ​Program Mgmt. skills;​Proficiency in HR systems such as SuccessFactors and other HR management tools;​Data Analysis: Ability to analyse HR data and provide insights;​Understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis; ​​​Ability to apply judgment to talent data and provide actionable insights, Problem Solving, stakeholders Management. ​Not a perfect fit?
