About the Job:

Lead the transition and scale benefits from DC-focused to nationwide.Prepare for upcoming open enrollment and streamline enrollment processes.Develop on/offboarding processes and compliance trainings.Ensure consistency and compliance across all HR aspects throughout organizational changes.Collaborate across the Human Resources department and with other internal and external stakeholders.

About You:

6+ years of strong HR experience in a start-up environment is required.Knowledge of both DC and Texas HR laws and regulations.Strong detail-orientation with the ability to monitor/maintain deadlines and confidentiality.Experience with developing new processes and streamlining benefits across multiple offices."No task too small" attitude with a drive for seamless benefits administration.

About the Position:
