HR Connect Service Center Representative

The HRConnect Service Center Representative provides centralized human resource services and responses supporting all HR functions for team members, candidates as well as external customers.
In the Role
Follows established standards and procedures for handling inquiries, transactions and administration of human resource matters and programs to ensure efficient resolution.Provides assistance navigating internal resources on self-service and HR technology tools.Coordinates service and resolution with various HR functions and escalated matters as necessary.Performs administrative/operational/customer support duties requiring independent initiative and judgment through various delivery channels such as telephone, e-mail, and electronic delivery systems.Effectively communicate with strong written and verbal skillsDemonstrate active listening and remain professional during stressful interactionsWork simultaneously in various HR systemsEngage with others in a positive manner.Requirements
High School Diploma / GED2-4 years of experience in Human Resources or in a related areaDemonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service while multitaskingMulti- task with attention to detailPreferred:
Experience using web-based call center or human resource management systems such as Workday and ServiceNow preferredInbound call center experience a plusWorking towards and degree in Human Resources or related area preferredLocation Evansville, IN
