HR Compliance Manager

Description We are looking for a dedicated HR Compliance Manager to join our team in Tulsa, Oklahoma. In this critical role, you will ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards across all HR processes while driving policy standardization and audit readiness. This position is ideal for someone detail-oriented and passionate about maintaining robust compliance frameworks and documentation.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the review, revision, and alignment of HR policies and employee handbooks to ensure compliance with legal standards and organizational requirements.
• Conduct audits of personnel files and I-9 documentation to ensure accuracy and readiness for inspections.
• Manage scheduling and tracking of mandatory compliance training sessions and ensure timely communication to employees and stakeholders.
• Oversee leave and accommodation processes in collaboration with benefits teams and external providers.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of federal and state compliance reports, including required documentation.
• Ensure HR processes and systems are optimized for audit-proof functionality and legal adherence.
• Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in compliance and policy management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate updates and changes in compliance policies effectively.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation to support reporting and compliance initiatives.
• Provide guidance and support on complex compliance issues, offering solutions that align with organizational goals. Requirements • Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in HR or compliance-focused roles.
• Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and compliance practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems such as ADP Workforce Now or similar tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing documentation and policies.
• Effective communication skills to convey compliance updates and requirements to diverse audiences.
• Prior experience in auditing or policy drafting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with multi-state compliance requirements and regulated industry standards.
• Additional language skills, such as Spanish, are a plus. TalentMatch®
