Are you a passionate and forward-thinking HR professional with experience in driving change and continuous improvement? We’re looking for an HR Change Consultant to join a well-respected public sector organisation in Wales to help shape and modernise its HR processes, policies and systems.
 
About this role:
As an HR Change Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of key strategic priorities across the HR function. You’ll work collaboratively across a range of areas, including:
Reviewing and enhancing HR processes with a continuous improvement mindsetSupporting the implementation of new HR systemsContributing to the development of effective wellbeing, learning & development, and talent management initiativesSupporting the evolution of workforce planning processesPromoting Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (ED&I) across the organisation 
Key Skills & Experience:
 
(Essential) Experience working on HR change or transformation projectsStrong knowledge across key HR areas including systems implementation, L&D, wellbeing, and workforce planningA track record of applying continuous improvement methodologies to HR processesConfidence working with stakeholders across various levels and functions
