**DESCRIPTION**
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor and primary HR contact for Department Heads and Senior Leaders across assigned business segments. This role is responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring the effective delivery of HR programs, and providing regular updates to HR leadership.
The HRBP collaborates across all levels of the organization to support talent development, organizational effectiveness, and change management initiatives. This position requires strong strategic thinking, operational execution, and project management capabilities to drive business success through people solutions.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Strategic Advisor**
+ Align HR strategies with business goals to drive performance and growth.
+ Act as a talent advisor, supporting workforce planning, development, and succession.
+ Use data and insights to design and implement impactful HR solutions.
+ Conduct organizational diagnostics and lead high-value initiatives.
**Business Consultant**
+ Build trusted relationships with leaders to influence strategy and decision-making.
+ Provide coaching and feedback to address leadership and performance challenges.
+ Identify and resolve organizational issues affecting engagement and productivity.
+ Ensure compliance with employment laws and mitigate risk.
**Change Agent**
+ Lead transformation initiatives and manage change effectively.
+ Use analytics to anticipate change, assess impact, and manage risk.
+ Drive communication and execution of HR programs and initiatives.
**HR Liaison**
+ Serve as a connector between business needs and HR Centers of Excellence (COEs).
+ Lead and innovate on complex HR initiatives that drive business outcomes.
+ Ensure HR services are delivered efficiently and aligned with SLAs.
+ Maintain data integrity and provide actionable insights through HR metrics.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred).
+ 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience as a strategic HR partner.
+ Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and organizational development.
+ Proven ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
+ Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
+ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
+ Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analytics tools.

**Work Experience**
+ 8-10 years of relevant work experience
+ 1-3 years of supervisory/management experience preferred
