This Position reports to:

HR Business Partner

 

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement people strategy through the execution of HR processes. Each day, you will provide HR support for a defined team or location, by partnering with respective managers. You will also showcase your expertise by representing HR in the business and establishing strong relationships with all business leaders and employees.

 

The work model for the role is: hybrid.

You will be mainly accountable for:

Ensuring an effective overall HR contribution and value-add to the business in partnership with the functions and businesses at ABB.Supporting the business and the execution of HR processes involved across the end-to-end employee lifecycle by determining and delivering the best approach in the area of responsibility and executing the HR priorities while adding value to the business.Partnering with respective managers to develop and implement people strategies.Facilitating change management initiatives and driving behavior change & continuous improvement across the respective business area / area of responsibility.

 

Qualifications for the role:

You are an experienced HR professional with several years of knowledge on comparable HR rolesAdvanced skills in managing HR processes such as ELC, performance management, talent development, and workforce planning.A strong data- and process-driven approach is essential for success in this roleYou have a collaborative working style where you thrive in sparring together with HR colleagues and managers across the organizationYou are motivated by creating impactful relationships where you are promoting change as a natural part of personal and organizational growth and developmentQualified to manage complex employee relations and resolve conflictsProficient in business fluent communication skills in English is a mustPrior experience with Workday will be beneficial
