HR Business Partner - Steam Plant
**Location:** Steam Plant - HQ **Department:** HR Operations **Weekly Hours:** 40 **Status:** Full time **Shift:** Days (United States of America) **Job Summary:** The HRBP must be knowledgeable in all aspects of ProMedica’s human resource needs and offerings. Must exercise well-developed negotiation and customer service skills, while interacting regularly with employees and leadership within the business unit. In collaboration with the HR Director, the HRBP partners with the business to ensure the group's short-term and strategic goals are achieved through the effective use of the organization’s human capital. REQUIREMENTS + Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field in Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, Management and Leadership, Industrial Relations, or similar concentration + 5+ years progressive HR experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS + Master’s degree in business administration or a related field + Certifications in Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM-SCP) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification **ProMedica** is a mission-driven, not-for-profit health care organization headquartered in Toledo, Ohio.
