The purpose of the role is to partner teams that are agile, connected and accountable partner to the Poland employees and line managers, enabling growth, engagement and performance.
**Leadership Responsibilities**
This role will responsible for deliver the people agenda and process across all of the functions of the Market using our global Centres of Excellence and shared service colleagues.
**Top Accountabilities**
+ Partner with the functional leadership teams to build and deliver ambitious and **bold talent plans** which includes robust organisational, intentional accelerated career path for internal talent, proactive pipeline of talent, This will include ongoing collaboration with HR CEE Team.
+ Drive **inclusion, equity and diversity** agenda tailored to each function across all HR levers (talent, reward, culture, learning, etc) that creates an inclusive culture where each employee feels valued for their uniqueness and are able to enhance their impact.
+ Build successful teams, coaching line managers to create an **agile, stretching and focused performance culture** to enable outstanding performance.
+ Implement an **intentional employee experiences and engagement** calendar in collaboration with HR shared service teams, CR and facilities team.
+ Propose and implement robust people agenda based on **people data analysis and insights** , consider internal &
**Ideal experiences / Qualifications / capabilities**
+ Preferably HRBP experience with a background in Marketing and Commercial in FMCG companies
+ Proficiency in Polish and knowledge of local labor law and talent landscape is required.
+ Business and commercial acumen and curiosity
+ Successful collaboration and influencing across a variety of collaborators at all levels, resulting in strong and positive outcomes.
+ Analytical thinking and people data insights approach– can join the dots and paint a picture that makes sense and influences the business
+ Excell in working on an ambiguous, fast paced and matrix environment
+ Deep understanding of organisational design principles and how to create principles for each function to drive growth/ functional progression
+ Change and project management skills (including influencing change)
+ Excellent talent judgement – ability to assess talent gaps, and suggest actions needed to strengthen the talent ben
