Job Description

To cover a temporary leave we're looking for an HR Business Partner (m/w/d), between the dates of February 15th 2026 - February 28th 2027.

The HR Business Partner originates and leads Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, and ongoing development of a superior workforce. He/she is responsible for the development of processes and metrics that support the achievement of the organization's business goals. 

Coach, support, mentor and challenge managers and employees in the application of HR policies and practices, provides advice and guidance on complex HR issues to minimize risk and financial exposureAct as a true Business Partner to bring added value to the business in understand business needs and link them to tailored HR solutionsManage HR projects, covering multi-disciplinary areas, including compensation and benefits, performance management, people management, employee relations and change managementParticipate in setting and executing against the strategic direction of the businessLiaise with senior management to understand business requirements and tailor specific solutionsWork across the HR function and business, seeks to ensure interventions are integrated in a consistent way that supports organizational objectivesDrive and support the development and delivery of cultural changeActing as primary point of contact for HR policy issuesOperate as contact person for internal center of excellencesWorking in close collaboration with the HR Director and supporting this function in various projects
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience as an HR Business PartnerBusiness proficiency in EnglishFluent in GermanPharmaceutical/medical devices/life sciences industry experience would be an advantageExpert knowledge of Austrian labor lawExperience working in an international environmentExperience working in a complex matrix environment would be an advantage
