**Senior HR Business Partner (Grade 150 – 40672)**
**Job Overview**
The Senior HR Business Partner is a strategic role responsible for implementing and executing HR policies and processes for assigned business units. This role requires a deep understanding of both technical and business aspects to effectively support employees and leaders at all levels within the organization. Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential.
**Responsibilities**
+ Act as the HR Business Partner for assignment business units and geographies
+ With minimal guidance, provide comprehensive HR support to employees and leaders across assigned service areas, business units or departments.
+ Develop strong and effective team relationships with HR specialist functions/Centers of Excellence, e.g., HRSS Tier 1, HR Partner Teams, Payroll & Benefits etc.
+ Support line managers in the process of new employee orientation where appropriate.
+ Conduct ad hoc reviews as directed and propose recommendations in handling employment legislation, compliance, HR systems, practices and procedures and, with guidance, provide support and education to line management.
+ Work with senior HR team members for the day-to-day development and implementation of redesign and new local and global HR initiatives.
+ Coordinate with business leaders on organizational effectiveness and HR partnering change management efforts associated with reorganizations, mergers/acquisitions and transfers to ensure compliance to local legislation.
+ Support merger and acquisitions due diligence processes and integration of acquired businesses.
+ Provide reports and analyses as requested by senior management.
+ Participate in continuous improvement activities to exceed customer expectations and promote a professional, strategic HR organization
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree required
+ 4+ years experience within an HR function as an HR generalist or combination of generalist and specialist experience
+ English language proficiency with written and verbal communications
+ Extensive knowledge of United States Federal and state employment legislation, policies, and standards
+ Experience supporting US-based employees and global employees
+ Excellent presentation skills and attention to detail
+ Expert-level Excel skills, including experience with data analysis tools.
+ Ability to work well independently and within a matrixed team
+ Professional HR certificate preferred
