As an HRBP in Ipsos you would contribute to the team achievements by:

Collaborating with leaders and managers to ensure employees are supported, engaged, and empowered to excel at all times Leading initiatives that reinforce our company culture and values, ensuring alignment with our mission and vision Leading employer branding initiatives, including managing our social media presence Developing and executing strategies, ensuring continuously improving employee experience in compliance with labor legislation, regulatory requirements and internal policies  Developing and implementing employee engagement and satisfaction initiatives Designing, implements, and evaluates training programs to improve employee skills and organizational performance Contributing to domestic and international HR projects, ensuring local practices align with global standards

If you find your next career step in the above and can bring to the team:

Previous experience in HRBP or Generalist role preferably in international environment Proven experience advising leaders on organisational design, performance, talent, and culture in a scaling or multinational environment.  Strong understanding of HR compliance and employment law in relevant jurisdictions Passion for human resources and a drive to make a difference Excellent English language skills  Experience with HRIS, ATS, LMS, or other HR technology platforms Proficiency in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and various social media platforms Eagerness to contribute with your own ideas and drive their implementation
