**Description**
Provides HR Business Partnership to the respective business units assigned. He/She/They will work closely with key business stakeholders to in the areas of employee relations, recruitment and talent management.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Employee Relations and Communications/BU Partnership
+ Provide consultancy and advisory services to key stakeholders on handling employee grievances and disciplinary cases for office teams and field employees.
+ Facilitate field sales staff private sessions and provide relevant feedback to brand.
+ Provide inputs for retention strategies for both office and field employees.
+ Independently handle complex employee issues with HOD and manager where appropriate.
+ Visit counters on a regular basis to maintain good rapport with field staff to solicit constructive feedback.
+ Act as a focal point for office and field teams to address queries for any HR related queries.
+ Contribute to business planning process, ie support and provide consul for organization construct changes where appropriate.
+ Foster strong relationship and partnership with the respective business unit/s (office and field employees), and understand the needs to the business to better support their people strategy.
+ Takes initiatives to identify and anticipate client needs to make recommendations for implementation.
Talent Acquisition
+ Work closely with respective business unit to fulfill the manpower needs of the department for both office and field.
+ Responsible for end to end recruitment services which includes reviewing of JD, advertisement on papers/online portals, pre⁃screening of candidates, proposing salary packages for selected candidate, making offer and conducting 1st day orientation for office teams and field employees.
+ Vet personnel announcement drafted by hiring managers.
+ Responsible for salary proposal packages for successful candidates and working closely with hiring manager and HR Managers for approvals.
+ Work in partnership with managers and HR Manager to understand what are the retention strategies for the BU through leading and facilitating exit interviews for employees who have resigned and gathering insights.
**Qualifications**
+ Minimum of Diploma/Degree with Human Resources Management discipline.
+ Minimum 3 years of relevant HR work experience, preferably with retail/customer service background.
+ Excellent interpersonal and strong communication skills (both oral and written). Interacts well with all level of employees.
+ Highly agile and able to perform a variety of fast and change assignments quickly on short notice.
+ Independent, proactive and problem⁃solver.
+ Ability to develop trusting relationships in order to gain support and achieve results.
+ Ability to multi⁃task.
+ Problem solving skills and able to put forth issues in a clear and concise way ⁃ Meticulous and pleasant disposition.
+ Knowledge and profiency in use of MS Office ⁃ Execl, Word, PowerPoint.
**Pay Range:**
The anticipated base salary range for this position is **$70,000.00** **to** **$70,000.00** **.** Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
