Description and Requirements
Key Responsibilities
**Strategic HR Partnership**
Partner with SSG ISO sales leadership across APAC to align people strategies with business growth, sales priorities, and Management targets. Act as a trusted advisor to senior sales leaders in driving organizational effectiveness.
**Sales Workforce Planning & Talent Management**
Lead workforce planning specific to sales roles. Anticipate business demand in fast-growing APAC markets and ensure timely hiring, succession planning, and mobility of sales talent.
**Capability, Performance & Development**
Partner with Sales Enablement and Learning teams to strengthen critical sales capabilities. Coach managers on goal setting, feedback, and performance management, while driving continuous development, career growth, and tailored interventions to close skill gaps across APAC SSG teams
**Employee & Labor Relations**
Manage complex employee relations across multiple APAC countries, ensuring compliance with local laws. Provide guidance on disciplinary cases, grievances, and policy application in alignment with global frameworks.
**Compensation & Benefits Alignment**
Partner with Total Rewards to ensure compensation and benefits structures are competitive, equitable, and support retention of top performers.
**Diversity & Talent Pipeline**
Partner with COEs to build diverse sales talent pipelines across APAC, including early career programs and women in sales initiatives. Partner with leadership to increase representation and inclusion in client-facing roles.
**Change & Transformation Enablement**
Act as a change agent to support Lenovo’s services-led sales transformation. Help leaders manage change, adapt salesforce structures, and maintain engagement during organizational changes.
**Regional HR Partnership & Compliance**
Ensure HR practices comply with country-specific regulations across APAC. Partner with country HR and COEs to deliver a consistent employee experience.
**HR Analytics for Sales**
Leverage HR and workforce data (attrition, engagement, hiring velocity, capability trends) to provide insights that shape sales talent strategy
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred)
+ 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2+ years in a business partner role
+ Strong knowledge of the Asia Pacific region and its HR practices
+ Excellent interpersonal, Influencing & Stakeholder Management Skills
+ Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable solutions
+ Experience in a matrix or fast-paced environment
+ Change & Organizational Development Capability
