Strategic Business Partnering Partner with business leaders to translate business strategy into actionable people plans Drive organizational design, workforce planning, and capability building Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and performance acceleration Talent & Performance Management Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and development strategies Drive a high-performance culture through robust performance management practices Coach and support line managers on leadership effectiveness and team engagement Organizational Effectiveness & Change Support and lead change management initiatives aligned with business transformation Identify organizational gaps and implement practical, scalable HR solutions Foster a culture of accountability, agility, and continuous improvement Employee Relations & Compliance Ensure HR practices are aligned with local labor laws and internal policies Manage complex employee relations topics with professional judgment and discretion Promote a compliant and ethical work environment, particularly within a regulated industry context HR Operations & Execution Oversee and support core HR processes including onboarding, engagement, and retention initiatives Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to deliver integrated HR solutions Ensure timely and efficient HR service delivery to the business Profile & Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of HR experience, including HR Business Partnering Strong experience within pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other regulated multinational environments Proven ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels Experience supporting field-based / commercial teams Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
