**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
**SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES**
**New Hire & Onboarding:**
**•** After offer acceptance, moving employee record to HR as per the process
• Employee Onboarding and completion of joining formalities, in-person orientation plan
**Payroll Management & Audits:**
**•** Point of contact for payroll management – compilation of inputs, revisions, new hires & exits updating on payroll module
• Query handling from employees and GHRIS team related to payroll
• Completion of overall payroll as per the timelines (monthly, quarterly and annually)
• Coordination with various stakeholders for payroll inputs and closing on the outputs with timely disbursement of the salary
• Point of contact for financial audits and creation of data
**Termination:**
**•** Maintaining resignation cases database
• Clearance and completion of exit formalities
• HR reviewing resignation tracker time to time basis and updating termination date in HCM system.
• HR is adding FNF trigger before FNF cut-off and updating separation benefits for FNF processing
**Statutory & HR Compliance:**
**•** Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory requirements
• Manage statutory filings and deductions (PF, ESI, PT, gratuity, etc.)
• Maintain accurate HR records and support audits and inspections
• Track legal updates and support implementation across HR operations
**HR Process Automation**
**•** Able to lead HR automation projects at site and drives innovation
• Monitor and maintain automation systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Identify opportunities for automation
**Others**
**•** Head count reporting (HFM)
• Personnel file Management
• HR dashboards & Internal database requirements
• Gratuity calculations, renewal & statutory documentations
• Internal/ External Audits
• Leave Encashment Actuarial data preparation
• Employment letters & Assignment Letters for travel purposes
• Rewards & Recognitions (PERC & Long Service milestones)
• Invoicing retainers and vendors and others administrative work
• Focal point person to handle employees and manager questions regarding transactional HR processes

**For This Role, You Will Need:**
+ Master’s degree in human resources with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.
+ Excellent communication and Interpersonal Skills
