HR Business Partner

Job Overview

As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting our managers at the local level. This role is designed for an HR professional who is ready to deepen their expertise in HR partnering while working closely with managers and Associate HR Director to ensure smooth day‑to‑day HR operations and strategy execution.

You will focus on executing global HR processes on local level, supporting engagement initiatives and organizational development activities, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal policies. You will ensure that managers receive timely, accurate, and supportive HR service. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow into a more strategic/senior HR partnering position over time.

Support Local HR Process Execution

Serve as the primary point of contact for managers regarding HR-related questions.

Coordinate and support employee relations cases from start to finish.

Ensure all HR activities comply with local labor regulations and internal HR policies.

Partner With and Support Managers

Collaborate closely with managers in the local organization of the chosen Business Units, offering guidance on people processes and day-to-day HR matters.

Conduct ad hoc analyses and reviews, using data to inform HR recommendations.

Help managers interpret HR policies, processes and procedures.

Support Employee Engagement & Development

Contribute to local and global initiatives promoting a growth mindset and AI adoption.

Support the development of local community building initiatives for employees and teams.

Participate in development-focused projects in partnership with senior HR team members.

HR Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

Partner effectively with HR Centers of Excellence.

Support more senior HR colleagues in organizational effectiveness initiatives and change management related to restructures, M&A, and employee transfers, ensuring compliance with local legislation.

Contribute to continuous improvements in HR processes and systems and participate in global or local HR initiatives under guidance.

What You Bring

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Knowledge & Expertise

Solid understanding of local labor law and employment regulations.

Strong analytical thinking and the ability to interpret HR data and processes flows.

Skills & Competencies

Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Polish and English.

Ability to maintain strong relationships and work confidently in a matrix environment.

Good coaching and counseling skills.

Resilience and adaptability in handling daily HR responsibilities in a complex, fast paced and multinational business environment.

Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and sound judgment.

Experience

2 -3 years of prior HR generalist experience (or mix of generalist/specialist roles) or HR Partnering will be beneficial and will help you thrive as you grow your partnering capabilities.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is zł99,400.00 - zł184,500.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
