As an HR Business Partner at IQVIA, you will strengthen the technical, operational and compliance-driven side of HR within a complex, international matrix organisation. This role is ideal for an HR professional who combines strong Dutch employment law expertise with a structured, data-driven mindset.
Your Impact
Act as a trusted HR advisor on employee relations, sick leave management, performance management and talent topics, with a strong focus on compliance and risk mitigationSafeguard compliance with Dutch employment and social legislation (incl. WvP, WAZO, WAB, immigration law)Drive HR operational excellence by improving processes, using HR data and ensuring adherence to global and local policiesLead and contribute to local and global HR projects, including legislation updates, HRIS (Workday) implementations and M&A integrationsManage complex employee relations cases and engage professionally with Works Councils on statutory processesTranslate HR data and insights into clear, actionable advice for managementCollaborate closely with HR Centres of Excellence (C&B, TA, T&L)Who You Are
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (HBO/WO)Minimum 3 years’ experience as an HR generalist or HR Business Partner, preferably in an international matrix environmentStrong knowledge of Dutch employment and social legislationExperience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred) and HR analyticsFluent in Dutch and EnglishAnalytical, detail-oriented, discrete and pragmaticComfortable operating in regulated, governance-heavy environmentsWhat We Offer
