**What you’ll do:**
Responsible in the implementation of Human Resources functional areas on:
+ Employee engagement, employee relations and retention,
+ Labor relations, drive communication structures
+ Implementation of programs, tools and processes designed to improve management and employee performance and productivity
+ Oversee and supervise the employee services (Canteen, shuttle, company cars and visitor management)
+ Addresses employee conflicts and complete investigations as required. They work with management to administer employee discipline or corrective action when needed. They also assess employee engagement and retention, and actively work to identify, analyze, and improve any problematic areas.
+ Designs and implements training and development programs for hourly and salaried employees. Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.
+ Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions).
+ Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or any related course. MBA is preferred
+ Must have at least 5 years' experience performing HR Generalist activities in a manufacturing environment
+ Must have strong Employee Relations / Labor Laws experience
+ Position requires knowledge of all processes in the plant as well as a functional understanding of each support department.
+ Knowledge of labor laws that impact HR department.
+ Thorough experience in developing and administering policies and procedures.
+ Proven track record in building and maintaining a positive, inclusive and professional "best practice" culture.
+ Must have significant exposure to HR field through education and experience
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Proficient in MS office and reports generations.
