HR Business Partnership
Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on talent, culture, and employee engagement.Translate business strategies into aligned HR priorities in partnership with leadership teams.Support change initiatives including Group initiatives, reorganizations, mergers, and new operating models.Talent, Workforce Planning & Organizational Development
Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Learning, Comp. & Benefits) to align workforce supply with business needs.Identify critical roles, successors, and capability gaps using data-driven insights.Support leadership development, succession planning, and group-wide organizational development initiatives, including engagement surveys, culture, and values-driven behaviors.Work with Talent Acquisition and Communications to strengthen Employer Branding to increase Thales Korea attractiveness, and employee’s engagementEmployee Experience & Culture
Monitor organizational climate through surveys and employee interviews.Partner with managers to improve engagement, performance, and team effectiveness.Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives, continuously enhancing D&I within the organization, in line with Thales values.Lead annual talent reviews to identify, develop, and retain key talents.HR Operations & Compliance
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and HR administration in partnership with Shared Services and vendors.Provide data for payroll processing to HR Shared Service team and local payroll vender, as well as benefit providers.Ensure compliance with Korean labor laws and corporate policies.Manage employee relations, labor issues, and policy implementation.Prepare HR data, reports, and maintain compliant employee records.Job Requirements
Bachelors degree ideally in a business related or human resources areaAt least 10 years of work experience, and more than 7 years of work experience in HR Generalist or HRBP roleKnowledge of local labor laws and regulationKnowledge of local income tax and insuranceWork experiences in a multinational / foreign-based companyRequire native level Korea and business level English fluencyKey Skills & Competencies
