Job Description: **Job Overview** Manages human resources programs and initiatives and provides strategic support for a client group. **Job Requirements** Serving as part of the BU/Function HR team to assist in delivering strategic talent, organization design, and organizational effectiveness support across the Business Unit(s) and/or Function(s) **Key Responsibilities** 1. Partnering with BU/Function leaders to contribute to the analysis and prioritization of the critical business challenges faced by the organization and deploy appropriate HR interventions 2. Coordinating effectively with the HR Solutions organization and HR COEs to effectively deliver the HR services required to drive the business imperatives of the BU and/or Function. 3. Contributing to the realization of the HR operating model with the objective of continuously improving HR performance and enhancing HR’s ability to support the BU’s/Function’s growth goals and objectives **4. In order to build talent pipeline for business needs.** (i) Drive key talent development plans to strengthen the talent pipeline for critical positions; (ii) Facilitate site Organizational Leadership Review (OLR) and strategic succession planning outcomes/requirements support the business; (iii) Facilitate employee career management concept while needed. **5. Labor and Ethics Management** (i) Supervise the labor & ethics system; (ii) Lead labor and ethics related audit; (iii) Review labor and ethics self-assessment questionnaire and action plans in order to manage labor & ethics compliance. **6. Employee Relationship** (i) Manage employee relations issues to ensure legal compliance and maintain a respectful working environment for employees; (ii) Drive employee engagement through effective communication, programs, and alignment to development and growth opportunities; (iii) Supervise the employee relationship programs continuous improvement; (iv) Lead Labor relationship management; (v) Coach and lead team for communication and company culture management. (vi) Coordinate external relationship maintenance. in order to cultivate smooth and hamonious employee relationship. **What your background should look like** 1. Bachelor's degree or above (or equivalent), preferably in a Human Resources-related major, with proficiency in English. 2. Typically requires at least 5 years of HR Generalist/HR Business Partner experience, with broad HR knowledge and expertise across multiple functional areas. Experience working in a global or international organization is essential. 3. Strong business acumen—able to understand business operations from customer, market, operational, and financial perspectives—to deliver value to TE. 4. Functional expertise required in: Talent Management, HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits, and Employee Relations. 5. Confidential mindset 6. Change Management / Leadership 7.
