Job Description

Employee Relations:

Manage behavior related cases where disciplinary actions might be needed.Address employee concerns and grievances promptly and effectively.Conduct investigations and resolve conflicts in a fair and consistent manner.

Performance Management:

Support managers in setting performance goals and conducting performance reviews.Work with leaders to manage performance issues and cases where employees are not complying with expectations.  Engage with Talent Management and L&D to implement employee development programs to enhance skills and career growth.

Compensation and Benefits:

Work jointly with HR Manager in administering fairly and efficiently the Total Rewards programs and requests.Support employee benefits changes and inquiries.

Compliance and Policies:

Wok jointly with other colleagues to develop and update HR policies and procedures.Train managers and employees on HR policies and procedures and work with Communications to communicate updates.

HR Administration:

Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to support decision-making.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role.Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training.

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
