Stryker is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP). This strategic leadership role is responsible for driving organisational effectiveness, talent strategy, and cultural transformation across the business.
About the RoleAs a trusted advisor to senior leaders, the HRBP will implement corporate policies at the business unit or division level, resolve complex employee relations issues, and lead initiatives that shape the future of our workforce. This is a management-level position that achieves results through others—whether direct reports, cross-functional teams, or process leadership.
Key ResponsibilitiesImplement corporate HR policies and translate them into actionable strategies at the business unit level.
Facilitate leadership development and address root causes of HR challenges through cultural and process-based solutions.
Lead succession planning, workforce planning, and performance management initiatives.
Resolve employee relations issues using a systematic, data-informed approach.
Drive company-wide programs such as salary reviews, stock option renewals, and organisational change efforts.
Serve as a strategic business partner and change agent to line management, with dotted-line reporting to HR or vice versa.
