Meeting the world’s growing energy needs requires the pursuit of innovations and advancements that deliver a better future for all. **Objective** : The HR Business Partner acts as a liaison between the HR department and business leaders, providing strategic HR generalist support, guidance, and advice to optimize staffing, employee development, and organizational effectiveness. **Key responsibilities** + Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR-related matters for business leaders + Advise and support managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices + Facilitate and manage employee relations and resolve conflicts or grievances + Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies that support business goals + Collaborate with HR specialists in recruiting, training, compensation, and benefits to ensure a cohesive employee experience + Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies + Manage and support change management initiatives within the business units + Coordinate annual pay determination, promotion cycles, growth potential, leadership development nominations **About you** We know our greatest resource is the ingenuity, creativity and innovation of our people.
